Changes To Our Diet........

Well, as the home manager, I have decided that me and my family need to make some changes to our diet. I am trying to stay away from processed foods. Which are foods that contain high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils (I don't even know if I spelled that correctly), and bleached flour and so on.  So, with this change comes great sacrifice.  It seems that all of my grocery shopping was a lot of processed food, because those are the products that many of the coupons that I have are for.  We are buying (and when I say we, I mean me) more fresh produce and less bread (which I LOVE bread)!  And many of the snacks that I buy for my kids now are organic snacks.  So needless to say, our grocery bill has gone up and the amount of money that I am saving has gone down.  However, I did find an organic foods website that you can request coupons and print coupons from called Mambo Sprouts.  I have received some in the mail and printed some from their website.  I sure hope that we can make this change smoothly and make it one that will last.  We sure do like our sweets and carbs, so it will be interesting!
