House Cleaning

There are days that I miss my first home that Todd and I had when we got married.  It was a very cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house without a basement!  We live there for 5 wonderful years and brought both of girls home as babies there.  We quickly out grew that home.  Then we moved to our current home, a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with basement, we basically double our square footage, which has been a great blessing and joy.  I am very thankful to be where we are at.  But I will admit that cleaning my house takes me FOREVER.  I use to be a "clean the whole house in a day mom" when we lived in our first house and I tried to be in our current house. But the older our kids get the busier our life gets and so there really isn't a whole day to dedicate to cleaning the whole house, so I have started cleaning in phases.  I wanted to share with you my cleaning schedule.

Monday
Laudry Day
Clean up clutter from the weekend
Empty trash cans

Tuesday
Dust and clean all surfaces
Clean windows (front door and sliding glass door) and mirrors

Wednesday
Sweep and mop all floors

Thursday
Laudry Day
Clean all tubs, sinks, and toliets

Friday
Vacuum Carpets

Saturday


Sunday
Cut and organize Coupons
